Virtual Tours aren’t just giving potential buyers and renters the opportunity to inspect property when it suits them. Hospitality venues, particularly those hardest hit by constant lockdowns, are utilising virtual tours to profile their facilities and generate bookings even during restriction. Our team are pros at virtual tours for hospitality venues, and have worked with a number of venues around Australia to generate event bookings.
Moreton Bay Region Industry & Tourism Venues
Moreton Bay Region Industry & Tourism (MBRIT) is a not-for-profit organisation that exists to promote, benefit and grow the Moreton Bay Region. Working closely with the Moreton Bay Regional Council, Brisbane Marketing, Regional Development Australia Moreton Bay, Chamber of Commerce as well as state and national tourism bodies, MBRIT approached Little Hinges wanting to profile and highlight a number of key Moreton Bay venues during the pandemic. The goal was to provide assets to the venues that they could use to increase potential bookings and revenue when lockdowns lifted, keeping facilities open for business.
Little Hinges worked with MBRIT to create virtual tours of venues in the region, allowing them to continue to generate event bookings during the height of Queensland lockdowns.
Burpengary Community Club
Little Hinges worked with the Burpengary Community Club to increase function centre bookings in their newly completed facilities. The virtual tour of the expansive space highlighted the bars, function rooms and restaurants, while working within the constraints of RSG regulations preventing the scanning of pokie and gaming areas.
The tour was fully completed and delivered in under three hours, in time for a launch event hosted by the vendor.
The tour has been utilised on the venue’s website, social media channels and as part of their event promotional packages, and has resulted in a significant increase in bookings of the space.
Komo Function Rooms
Komo launched their newly renovated function rooms at the height of the pandemic. Little Hinges scanned the facilities, highlighting the key features with the goal of increasing bookings for their event spaces.
Undersea Putt and Play
Undersea Putt and Play launched their new facilities with a virtual tour aimed to highlight the interesting spaces and encourage event bookings.
The tour had a number of challenges, including a number of rooms that were lit with black lights, requiring considerable technical skill to scan accurately.
The tour was featured on their social media and website and has seen over highly targeted 1500 visitors who were interested in booking the space.
