Booking & Cancellation Policies

Cancellation or Reschedule Fee: Cancellations fees will apply if your booking is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice. Cancellation fees range from 50-100% of the scan cost.

Property Size: Our standard scan rate is inclusive for properties up to 300sqm. An additional fee will be applied for properties larger than 300sqm. 

Travel Charges: A travel fee of $2 per km will be incurred if a property is more than 30km each away from the CBD of one of our service hubs. These hubs include: Victoria: Melbourne CBD, Frankston. Queensland: Brisbane CBD, Sunshine Coast CBD, Gold Coast CBD. New South Wales: Sydney CBD. Western Australia: Perth CBD. If your scan is outside of this radius, please advise our Customer Experience Team at vt@littlehinges.com.au at the time of booking so that our technicians are allocated sufficient travel time.

Property Readiness: The times provided on your booking confirmation is the strict start time of the scan. If the property is not ready e.g. excess rubbish, large number of people on site, no access, no power etc., we may be required to reschedule your scan in line with the standard reschedule fees.
