- Overall Trend: 25.7% of digital buyer inspections came from outside their home states, marking an impressive one in four buyers exploring interstate properties nationally.
- Sunshine Coast: Sees just over one-in-three (33.2%) buyer inspections come from interstate, which is slightly down from October’s 34%. International interest dipped slightly to 8.5%
- Gold Coast: Maintains strong interstate interest, closing out the year with 36.8% in interstate buyer inspections and 7.1% from overseas buyers.
- Brisbane: Interstate interest in November slightly declined to 25.5% from October’s peak of 28.9%. International interest also declined from 7.3% in October to 6.4% in November.
- Melbourne: Continues to rise, with interstate buyer inspections rising from 22.1% in October to 23.2% in November.
- Perth: Interstate interest dipped slightly to just under 1 in 4 buyer inspections coming from interstate (24.1%). International interest continued to climb, increasing to 7.2% from 7.0% in October
- Sydney’s interstate buyer interest numbers dipped slightly in November, from 12.3% to 10.7%.
