Key Market insights at a glance:

• Nationwide: Approximately 27.4% of digital buyer inspections came from outside their respective home states, indicating a significant & continuing shift in buyer inspection behaviour.
• Sunshine Coast: With 36.5% of buyer inspections coming from interstate locations, the Sunshine Coast has marked a hot start to the year. Additionally, international interest stands at 8.8%.
• Gold Coast: Maintaining its dominance in interstate interest, the Gold Coast saw 40.4% of digital inspections originating from outside the state. Overseas buyer interest accounted for 7.7% of total inspections.
• Brisbane: Brisbane started the year with 23.4% of digital inspections coming from interstate. International interest is noted at 5.8%.
• Melbourne: Began the year with 23.7% of total inspections coming from interstate, and 7% in international interest.
• Perth: Emerging as a promising market, Perth maintains 2023’s momentum, with 27.9% of digital inspections originating from outside the state. International interest remains steady at 5.8%.
• Sydney: Records 12% in interstate buyer interest, with international interest accounting for 7.2% of total inspections.
