  1. November Overview: November had a strong month with 24% of digital inspections coming from outside the state.
  2. Sunshine Coast: Maintains its hot streak, with 28.6% of digital inspections conducted by interstate renters and 8.1% coming from overseas interest.
  3. Brisbane: Demonstrates remarkable market stability, with interstate inspections slightly up to 25.9%, echoing October’s strong performance.
  4. Gold Coast: Records a slight dip in interest, with interstate inspections now representing just under one-third of total inspections.
  5. Melbourne: Continues to attract attention with interstate inspections rising to 20.8%, a slight increase from October’s 19.5%. International interest also grew marginally to 8.4%.
  6. Sydney: Noted a minor drop in interstate inspections, decreasing from 12.7% in October to 10.7% in November.
  7. Perth: Continues to be a hot spot, maintaining a solid 25.1% in interstate interest. However, international inspections saw a slight decline from 11% to 9%.
