How to upload your virtual tour to your CRM or listing

Where to find your virtual tour link

1. Log on to your Little Hinges Insights Portal.

You should have received a link to your Insights Portal with your first tour delivery. Can’t find it? Reach out to your Account Manager to get access.

2. Click on ‘Copy Tour Link’. Your tour link will be saved to your clipboard.

Adding your virtual tour link to your CRM

Rex CRM

1. Click on the Marketing tab on your listings dashboard.

​2. Paste your virtual tour link into the URL for Carousel field.

Eagle CRM

1. Click on Properties > Listings and select the listing you want to add a virtual tour to.

​2. Within the listing, click Images, Docs & Copy.

​3. Scroll to the Links section at the bottom of the screen.

​4. Paste your virtual tour link into the ‘Online Tour 1’ field.

VaultRE

1. Add your virtual tour link to the external links field in the Property Record > General section.

1. Find and select the listing in Agent Admin
2. When you have found the listing, click the ‘Images and Copy‘ tab
3. Scroll down to Links
4. 3D virtual tour can be added to the ‘Online Tour 1‘ field
5. Press ‘Save Changes‘ at the bottom of the page
6. Once saved, the virtual tour will appear in the image carousel and ‘Inspections’ section of your Buy and Rent listing.

Domain

1. Find and select the listing in the Agent Admin.
2. When you have found the listing, click the ‘Images‘ tab.
3. Scroll down to ‘Virtual Tour‘ and add the virtual tour link.
4. Click ‘Save‘.
