    • How accurate are the 3D scans?

      Our LiDAR equipment capture measurements with within 1% accuracy. We currently use Matterport Pro 2 and Pro 3 hardware, with the flexibility to deploy the best scanning technology for each project. You can measure distances, ceiling heights, and openings directly within the 3D model.

    • Will my builder actually use this?

      Yes. Builders prefer working from scan data because it saves them time too. They can check plumbing access, measure ceiling heights, and quote accurately without driving to your property. We have heard from clients that their builder called it “the best set of plans he ever started a job with.”

    • Can I take measurements from the scan remotely?

      Yes. Measurement Mode lets anyone with the link pull accurate dimensions from the 3D model without returning to site. All you need is a browser.

    • When is the best time to scan a construction site?
