  • Sunshine Coast: Interstate demand increased to 27.3% (+4.0%), while international views increased to 8.8% (+0.8%), showing strong interest from both local and overseas renters. The region continues to attract lifestyle-focused movers.
  • Brisbane: Interstate demand decreased to 23.1% (−3.3%), while international views increased to 8.3% (+2.2%), showing steady interest from both local and overseas renters. Activity remained consistent across the city.
  • Gold Coast: Interstate demand decreased to 21.5% (−4.0%), while international views increased to 5.9% (+0.4%), showing continued interest from both local and overseas renters. The region remains popular among coastal renters.
  • Sydney: Interstate demand increased to 23.9% (+4.9%), while international views increased to 13.1% (+5.7%), showing strong interest from both local and overseas renters. Sydney remains the top draw for international renters.
  • Melbourne: Interstate demand decreased to 21.0% (−3.4%), while international views decreased to 5.6% (−1.5%), showing steady interest from both local and overseas renters. Activity in the Victorian capital remained balanced.
  • Perth: Interstate demand increased to 24.5% (+6.3%), while international views increased to 10.8% (+2.0%), showing strong interest from both local and overseas renters. The west coast continues to attract cross-border demand.

These results highlight a positive rebound in renter activity across Australia, with both interstate and international audiences showing renewed engagement as the market moves into the final months of 2025.
