- Gold Coast: Remained strong but cooled slightly with 27% interstate viewings (-5%) and 8.5% international interest (-3.1%).
- Perth: Attracted more interstate renters at 24.7% (+2.6%) with international viewings rising to 7.8% (+2%).
- Brisbane: Drew steady interest from other states at 24% (+1.9%) while international viewings dropped to 6.2% (-2.7%).
- Melbourne: Saw more interstate interest at 23.9% (+2.6%) with international viewings at 10.7% (-2.2%).
- Sydney: Attracted the most international interest at 12.2% (+0.8%) and saw interstate viewings climb to 19% (+3.4%).
