With more people than ever inspecting property virtually, we have made a range of updates to help you work faster, stay in control of your brand, and create a better experience for your clients.
From improving how you book to giving you more branding flexibility, here is what is new on the Little Hinges platform.
Increased Platform Capacity
To keep up with growing demand, we have increased the platform’s capacity so it can handle more activity at once.
What this means for you:
- Faster load times.
- A smoother experience, even during peak periods.
- More reliable virtual inspections.
Add Your Own Watermark
You now have full control over how your downloaded images appear.
- All images upload without a watermark.
- When downloading, you can choose to apply your own custom watermark or leave the images clean.
- Floorplans are not affected and will stay the same.
- Already have assets with a watermark? Just click “Download Without Watermark” to get the original image.
- If you have not uploaded your watermark yet, you can do that now in your Branding Page.
We have also refreshed the Branding Page layout, making it easier to upload, update or remove your watermark and preview how it will appear.
This also means our editors can turn around your assets faster.


Cleaner Branding in Virtual Tours
We have cleaned up the overlay in the virtual tour player so your branding, buttons, and call to action do not sit over the property address anymore.
It is the same functionality, just a neater and more polished look for your clients.


Lead Capture: Ask the Agent Button
We have enabled the Ask the Agent button by default in all virtual tours. This makes it easier for prospective buyers to connect with agents directly from the tour experience, without needing to leave the inspection.
If you would prefer not to display this button, you can toggle it off in your settings.


Digital Inspection Bundle Now Includes 15 HD Photos
We have added 15 HD property photos to the Digital Inspection bundle as standard.
You will see this reflected when you book, and it will update automatically in your systems.
