In August, we observed an average of 23.8% of virtual inspections conducted from interstate and 7.4% from overseas. While most regions experienced slight declines in both interstate and international interest, Perth notably bucked this trend, showing significant increases in both categories.

- Gold Coast: Despite a decrease, Gold Coast maintains the highest interstate interest at 36.3% and steady international interest at 8%.
- Sunshine Coast: Both interstate and international interest declined, with interstate inspections at 27.6% and international at 5.1%.
- Perth: Showed significant growth, with interstate inspections rising to 23.9% and international interest jumping to the highest rate of 10.5%.
- Brisbane: Experienced a slight drop in interstate interest to 21.7% but saw an increase in international interest to 7.8%.
- Melbourne: Saw declines in both categories, with interstate inspections at 19.2% and international interest at 4.6%.
- Sydney: Interstate interest slightly increased to 14.4%, while international interest decreased but remained strong at 8.7%.
