- Gold Coast: Interstate demand declined to 21.9% (-1.9%), though interest from other states remains strong. International inspections dropped to 5.7% (-0.4%), the lowest level recorded in recent months.
- Brisbane: Interstate interest came in at 23.3% (-1.4%), showing only a minor shift from June. International inspections fell slightly to 5.8% (-0.4%).
- Melbourne: Interstate rental demand fell to 31.7% (-2.4%) after higher activity in June. International interest dropped to 10.1% (-1.7%), showing a slight decline but continuing to reflect strong appeal among overseas renters.
- Sydney: Interstate inspections remained high at 24.9% (-2.9%), highlighting Sydney’s strong national appeal. International interest fell to 11.6% (-2.5%), marking a significant decline from June.
- Perth: Interstate activity declined slightly to 18.6% (-0.5%) but still reflects steady interest from out-of-state renters. International inspections fell to 11.7% (-1.2%), easing after high demand in June.
