- Sunshine Coast: Saw an average of 24.25% interstate inspections in April, while a record high of 12.3% of renters explored properties from overseas, with notable interest from New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and United States.
- Brisbane: Saw another decrease in interstate inspections to 20.5%, though international interest slightly increased to 9%.
- Gold Coast: Had roughly 23.1% of digital rental inspections from interstate, while international interest declined to 6.6%.
- Sydney: Experienced a decline in interstate rental interest to 11.5%, with an additional 6.9% of inspections conducted by international renters.
- Melbourne: Had just under 1 in 5 renters exploring properties outside Victoria (19.7% interstate inspections), with international interest hitting a record high at 14.9%, mainly from Mexico, Philippines, and the United Kingdom.
- Perth: Saw 21.4% of digital rental inspections coming from outside the state, with 6.7% coming from international renters.
